Ricci Curbastro Museum Release Saten Brut, Franciacorta DOCG, Italy 2006 Case (6x750ml) Chateau de Chaintres marked by all the hallmarksGolden yellow color in the glass, with prolonged and subtle perlage. The olfactory bouquet opens with fruity notes of pineapple and ripe peach, and then turns to honey, ginger and memories of pastry and yeast. Floral nuances of jasmine and hints of toasted hazelnuts complete the picture on the nose. The palate is voluminous and creamy, then fragrant and fresh, pleasantly savory and of excellent balance overall. Long persistence.
